As a personal chef living so close to the Adirondack and Catskill mountains, and a woman who loves the great outdoors, it only makes sense that I venture into the woods to do some cooking. I had the pleasure of preparing dinner over an open fire for a super fun group of 12 on Memorial Day weekend at a campsite on Paradox Lake. We kept it simple, and of course, delicious.
