Fall 2015 Menu

Every new season is a new beginning. I’m very excited to present my Fall 2015 private dining menu. The ingredients and preparations are simple to allow the flavors of the season, like squash, cider, and cinnamon, to shine. It brings me much happiness to not just prepare a delicious meal for you and your guests, but to also help create an intimate and memorable evening that your guests will look back on with a smile.

$85 per person, maximum 12 people

MAPLEBROOK FARM TRUFFLED BURRATA, butternut squash and pine nut chutney, whole grain crostini

MASSAGED KALE SALAD, roasted onion and fig, local cider dressing

OLIVE OIL POACHED BLACK COD, lemon and thyme

CRISPY DELICATA SQUASH, fennel, currant, and quince relish, toasted pistachio
